REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We will gladly accept your return for any mistake made by C Custom Wear. If you receive an item that is incorrect, based on what you ordered, please contact us at contact@ccustomwear.com immediately and we will be happy to correct the issue for you!

TURNAROUND TIME:

Customer service is #1 for C Custom Wear, so our goal is to get orders processed & ready to ship between 3-5 business days. Larger orders may take longer than the standard 3-5 business days. In some cases, the turnaround time may be even sooner than that! If you have a specific deadline or you need a rush order, please let us know immediately!

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of each product that appears on this site. However, the actual shade of each color that you see may depend on your particular monitor/display, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor/display is an accurate representation of each product color.
